How does Pinch make everything finish at the same time?
Add the dishes you're cooking and their cook times. Pinch staggers each item's start so the slow things begin first and the quick things begin later — and they all reach "done" at the same moment. You'll get a "Get Ready" heads-up before each step and a "Done" alert when it's time to plate.
What's the difference between Free and Pinch Pro?
Free lets you coordinate up to 3 items per session, save up to 5 food items and 2 meals, use Discovery Cooking with up to 3 items, and keep your last 10 sessions. Pinch Pro removes those limits and adds complete history, cooking analytics, and cloud sync across your devices.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, choose Pinch, and manage or cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
What is Discovery Cooking?
It's for when you're trying something new and don't know the timing yet. Time each item once while you cook it, and Pinch saves those times so the dish is ready to coordinate next time.
Do I need an account to use Pinch?
You can start cooking right away. An account (email, Apple, or Google) lets you save your items and meals and, with Pro, sync them across devices.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email privacy@pinch.cooking from your account address and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
